Room 1 is part of the outbuilding and is ideal for a single individual with budget constraints who do not wish to spend too much for accommodation. It is a small room of 10.76m² with a single bed, cupboard and a small table with chair. This quaint bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, consisting of a shower, basin and toilet. This is the cheapest option that we have available at Malleson. It is ideal for someone who just needs a clean comfortable bed for the night.
Room 2 is also part of the outbuilding and is slightly bigger 12.02m²and has a single bed, cupboard and a small table with chair. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom of 2.89 m², consisting of a shower, basin and toilet. This room is a comfortable size and is suitable for short-term or long-term rental. It is ideal for students or single individual starting their careers or even travellers staying overnight. It has big windows facing the courtyard.
Room 3 is part of the outbuilding and is 11.60m². It has a similar layout to Room 2. It has a single bed with big windows facing the courtyard. The ensuite is 2.89 m², consisting of a shower, basin and toilet.
Room 4 is the biggest room in the entire house and is in the main house, it is 22.32m². This is the only room with a bath in the ensuite of 5.22m²and is the right next to the communal kitchen and the extra bathroom. This room has two windows and is very spacious. It has two single beds so ideal for people who do not mind sharing with someone that they are comfortable with. It also have two cupboards and two desks with chairs.
Room 5 is in the courtyard and is a very cosy room of 10.52m²with pretty French windows and a high window bringing a lovely ambiance to the room. This room has its own ensuite bathroom of 2.98m² with shower, toilet & basin. Guests in the courtyard has a little more privacy than in the main house as they enter their rooms directly from the yard. This room has a single bed, cupboard, table with chair.
Room 6 is also in the courtyard with its own ensuite bathroom. It has a small window facing the courtyard. This room size is 10.28m² with a single bed with cupboard and table with chair. The ensuite is 4.23m² with shower, toilet & basin.
Room 7 is 16.55m² in size and has two single beds, two cupboards and two desks with two chairs. It has its own private ensuite of 3.80m² with shower, toilet & basin for two people to share.
Room 8 has two single beds, two cupboards and two desks with two chairs. It has its own private ensuite of 3.08m² for two people to share with shower, toilet & basin. This room is 12.24m² in size and is adjacent to the kitchen so access to the shared facilities is easy.
Room 9 is one of the biggest rooms in the house and is 20.51m² in size. It has two queen beds, two cupboards, a desk with chair and ensuite bathroom of 4.37m² with shower, toilet and basin. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people without being crowded. This room has a butlers tray with crockery and cutlery for four people, a kettle with tea and coffee provided, an iron with ironing board as well as its own hairdryer. This 13.18m² sized room have a queen bed and is the smallest of the double rooms we have available yet still very comfortable. The ensuite is 3.26m² with shower, toilet & basin. Gloucester has a very homely feel to it. You feel home as soon as you set your feet inside this charming heritage house. You enter into an inviting entrance hall leading to a very spacious lounge with a fireplace. It has a big kitchen with lots of built-in cupboards, oven and hob, freezer, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans all provided. So you can just move in as all bedding is also provided. DSTV and Wifi available. Alarm and armed response to ensure safety of all occupants.
The house has a lovely garden and off-street parking for 3 cars. It is situation in a quiet cul de sac so there is plenty of parking in front of the house as well.

Room 3: This room is next to room 2 in the front section of the house. This room has two entrance, one to enter through the inside of the house and one leading to the yard. It has beautiful French doors which can be left open for fresh air into the room or to just chill in the yard.
Room 4 is bigger than room 2 & 3 and has its own ensuite bathroom. This room has two wardrobes, a desk and chair, a bookshelf and a double bed. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet with window.
Room 5 is also a spacious room with double bed and two wardrobes, desk and chair, with a window looking into the yard.
Room 6 is separate from the main house and offers the most privacy. You can enter it from the house or through a separate yard entrance. The room is the biggest room in the house and also has it own ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. It has French doors allowing natural light into the room. This room also has its own private fridge, built-in cupboards with plenty of packing space.
